Abbiamo realizzato queste ville, uniche nel loro stile, sulla costa della estremità occidentale dell'isola di Karpathos in un 'area incontaminata e selvaggia, ricca di insenature dove rocce di tutti i colori si alternano a lingue di sabbia e ad acque cristalline. Le Ville, che dominano una vasta radura con vista sull'isola di Kasos, sono state riadattate al gusto italiano per farti meglio godere la bellezza della vista sul mare e l'unicità della posizione.

We have built these villas, unique in their style, on the coast of the western end of the island of Karpathos in an unspoiled and wild area, full of coves where rocks of all colors alternate with tongues of sand and crystal clear waters. The Villas, which dominate a vast clearing overlooking the island of Kasos, have been adapted to the Italian taste to make you better enjoy the beauty of the sea view and the uniqueness of the location.

1. Ready. The two villas are built and ready for delivery.  To be enjoyed from the day you enter it with your keys! 
2. They are as you like them. They are villas built according to the style, tradition and context of this land and shaped to give you comfort and meet the taste you  like.
3. On the sea . They are less than 80 meters from the shore and between you and the sea there is only an extraordinary and unique view.
4. Not replicable In any other place in Italy you would no longer be able to find a newly built villa so close to the sea and with a beach just for you and your family .
5. Catch the moment! Compare the Villas of Araki - for example - with a villa equivalent in size, position and beauty of the place, in a Mediterranean island . You would pay no less than three times the value of one of Araki's villas today
6. Unique. They are unique villas in terms of type and location. Why? In a few months it will no longer be possible to build villas so close to the sea in Greece (peninsula and islands): the launch of a highly restrictive legislation on the distance from the sea of new buildings for private residential use is very close to be enforced

2. Sono come a te piacciono. Sono ville realizzate secondo lo stile, la tradizione ed il contesto di questa terra e plasmate per darti il confort e incontrare il gusto di un acquirente italiano come te
3. Sul mare. Sono a meno di 80 metri dalla riva e tra te e il mare c’è solo una vista straordinaria e unica .
4. Non replicabili In qualsiasi altro posto in Italia non riusciresti più a trovare una villa di nuova costruzione così vicina al mare e con una  spiaggia  tutta per te e la tua famiglia.
   
5. Cogli l’attimo! Confronta le Ville di Araki - per esempio - con una villa equivalente in dimensione, posizione e bellezza del luogo, in Sardegna. Pagheresti oggi non meno di cinque volte il valore di una delle ville di Araki

Tra pochi mesi non si potranno più costruire in Grecia (penisola  e isole) ville così vicine al mare:  è molto prossimo infatti il varo di una normativa fortemente restrittiva circa la distanza dal mare delle nuove costruzioni ad uso abitativo privato

The Villas of Araki are just over 100 meters from two beautiful sandy and "exclusive" bays. At 40 meters above sea level, the Villas of Araki are served by a dirt road of about 400 meters and extend over an equipped lot of just under one hectare and dominate an area of about 180,000 square meters green and uncontaminated.

The Lands of Araki unfold over a vast area - triangular in shape of about 4 square kilometers - which extends from the beach of Agrilaopotamos to the bay of Aghios Theodoros.

An uncontaminated area rich in Mediterranean scrub, rocks with different colors and textures and beautiful inlets and bays that are still little known.

It is impossible to describe its beauty so it is better to leave the word to the images of two of the ten bays in these lands. A single image can in fact say much more than a thousand words.

Le Terre di Araki si dipanano su di una vasta area - a forma triangolare di circa 4 Kmq  - che si estende dalla spiaggia di Agrilaopotamos alla baia di Aghios Theodoros.

Un'area incontaminata ricca della macchia mediterranea, di rocce dalle diverse colorazioni e consistenza e di insenature e baie bellissime ancora poco conosciute.

Impossibile descriverne la bellezza per cui meglio lasciare la parola alle immagini di due delle dieci baie in queste terre. Una sola immagine può infatti dire molto più di mille parole.
